JAMES UGUCCIONI
(pronounced ooh- like ooh and aah, -gucci- like the brand, and -oni like pepperoni)
I am a research economist with the Social Analysis and Modelling Division at Statistics Canada. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto (2022).
My main research interests are in Labour and Public Economics, focussing on the intergenerational transmission of earnings and the effects of critical periods of a child's development on earnings attainment. My research interests have also frequently lead me to do work in Economic History.
