I am an Associate with the Workforce Strategy and Analytics (WSA) team at Mercer, where I use my expertise in Economics and Statistics help clients strengthen retention, improve diversity and inclusion, achieve pay equity, and plan for the future of their workforce.
I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto (2022). My past research primarily took place it Labour and Public Economics, focussing on the intergenerational transmission of earnings and the effects of critical periods of a child's development on earnings attainment. My research interests have also frequently lead me to do work in Economic History.
